Portrait Artist a specialty with joujou. She will meet with you and create a setting where the subject will sit down for a two to three hour pose, then she will photograph the setting and work from it for the next week or so.

The oil paintings usually have to set for a while so in two weeks or so she will meet for another sitting for the subject - it does not have to be in the same setting, but it is important for final touches and creating the character for the final outcome.

The portraits are usually very realistic and characteristic of the individual, but the surroundings and finishing has an original artistic touch and it can be characterized as impressionistic, luscious and colorful, or monochromatic according to the decor of the house.
